Eversince recent updates the cursor or particle doesn't seem to fit my screen. It get cut off as if there were some kind of mask on the app when starting a session.

A lot of people have been helped with their trauma using EMDR.

I am a mental health counselor and it is customary to repeat the eye-movement process several times in an EMDR session. The way your program is set up, I cannot repeat the eye-movement protocol without completely exiting and re-entering the program. It would be very helpful to have the “start” button reappear after I “store”. This is the only issue I can see with this program; if fixed, it will be ideal for my practice, and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks.

app keeps stopping. doesnt run smoothly. doesn't help me calm down. I would like a refund.

App keeps stopping when I try to start a session. Didn't do this when using a previous version in 2016.

It used to work better. Does a good job at what its for but right now it crashes often when I try to change parameters and the color won't change at all. Also trying to back up terminates the whole program. Still those are technical issues.

Cannot find the home screen on the upgraded purchased version. Though the free version was junk. Hoping the purchased one would work but it does not. Less features than the free one.

Love the app and it works well with a projector on the wall. The only thing I notice is that there is no way to back out of it into the original menu. If I hit my back arrow, it kicks me out and I have to start the app over.

No sound? Are you kidding? Thats how EMDR works. Sounds going back and forth with the lights.

Does everything an EMDR app should. Therapist even likes it! As far as recording scores sometimes the app will mis-record because of the touch screen: as you scroll on to different categories the score will often change. If there were an option to edit in journal mode to correct such things I would have given this an easy five stars and will be happy to update my rating if this improvement is made. Thanks for a great app! PS I would give the app five stars without this suggestion but maybe being able to record physical sensations in the journal rather than just a checkbox to indicate you are having them.
